二、应聘条件
1.具有良好的政治素养和道德修养，遵纪守法，无任何不良记录。
2.应届博士生或博士毕业3年内，年龄不超过35周岁。
3.具有较强的科研能力和学术潜力，并有志于在科研领域继续发展，已在相应研究方向上取得一定的学术成果者优先考虑。
II. Application Requirements
Possess strong political and moral integrity, abide by laws and regulations, and have no adverse records.
Fresh Ph.D. graduates or those who obtained a Ph.D. within the past three years, under the age of 35.
Possess strong research capabilities and academic potential, with a commitment to further development in the research field. Candidates with notable academic achievements in relevant areas will be given priority.
三、福利待遇
1.薪酬待遇：提供具有全球竞争力薪酬待遇（26万-72万+），业绩优秀者，绩效上不封顶。按规定缴纳五险一金，福利待遇参照教职工标准。
2.职称待遇：学校为成果优秀的30岁以下全球排名前100高校毕业博士兑现副研究员职称，其余博士后兑现助理研究员称职。博士后助理研究员在站期间入选各类自然科学基金、中国博士后基金、国家资助博士后研究人员计划（博新计划、B/C档）、各类博士后引进/派出计划，或获得博士后创新创业大赛（广东省、国家）铜奖以上突出业绩者，兑副研究员职称。
3.住房保障：可通过校区申请租住深圳市人才公寓，租金显著低于市场价格。
4.落户政策：可落户深圳市，配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。
5.科研支持：学校提供顶级的工作平台和充足的科研资源支持，全力支持博士后申报各类博士后项目和资助计划、申报各类国家自然科学基金以及广东省、深圳市等各级科研项目（部分项目互斥，按政策规定执行），组织参加广东省、国家博士博士后创新创业大赛等。
6.留校政策：留校渠道畅通，业绩突出的博士后，可申请校区准聘副教授或研究系列岗位，并评聘深圳市特聘岗位，申请深圳市新引进高精尖缺人才科研启动经费。留校工作的可获3年共36万来深生活补助（可叠加）；入选博新计划或博士后特别资助者再按国家标准1:1资助，最高30万元；获得博士后创新创业大赛金奖、银奖、铜奖的者，按国家和省奖励金额，1:1奖励，最高20万元。
7.就业支持：85%以上的校区博士后出站后就职于国有企事业单位、行业头部企业，校区积极推荐优秀博士后到校本部、威海校区、郑州研究院、重庆研究院、苏州研究院及大湾区各兄弟高校、科研单位及企事业单位工作。
III. Benefits and Compensation
Salary and Compensation
HITSZ offers globally competitive salary packages (ranging from 260,000 to 720,000+ RMB), with no upper limit on performance-based bonuses for outstanding performers. Social insurance and housing fund contributions will be provided in accordance with regulations, and welfare benefits will align with the standards for faculty and staff.
Professional Title Benefits
HITSZ will grant the title of Associate Researcher to postdoctoral researchers under 30 years old who have graduated from the top 100 globally ranked universities and achieved outstanding results. Other postdoctoral researchers will be granted the title of Assistant Researcher. During your tenure, postdoctoral Assistant Researchers who are selected for various natural science funds, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation grants, the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents (Boxin Plan, B/C categories), various postdoctoral introduction/dispatch programs, or who achieve notable accomplishments such as winning a bronze medal or higher in the Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong Province or national level), will be promoted to the title of Associate Researcher.
Housing Support
Rental housing in Shenzhen Talent Apartments is available through campus applications, with significantly lower rent than the market rate.
Household Registration Policy
Applicants can settle in Shenzhen, with spouses and minor children eligible to apply for accompanying household registration.
Research Support
HITSZ provides a top-tier working platform and abundant research resources, fully supporting postdoctoral researchers in applying for various postdoctoral programs and funding schemes, as well as national natural science funds and research projects at all levels in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City, and beyond (some projects are mutually exclusive and will be implemented according to policy regulations). HITSZ also organizes participation in the Guangdong Province and National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions, among other events.
Retention Policy
HITSZ offers clear pathways for retention. Postdoctoral researchers with outstanding performance may apply for tenure-track associate professor positions or research series posts at the campus, and they can also be evaluated for Shenzhen City's specially appointed positions and apply for research startup funding for newly introduced high-caliber, urgently needed talents in Shenzhen. Those who stay to work at the university can receive a total of 360,000 RMB in living subsidies over three years upon settling in Shenzhen (stackable with other benefits). Those selected for the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents (Boxin Plan) or special postdoctoral funding will receive additional matching funds at a 1:1 ratio according to national standards, up to a maximum of 300,000 RMB. Winners of gold, silver, or bronze awards in the Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will receive matching rewards at a 1:1 ratio based on national and provincial award amounts, up to a maximum of 200,000 RMB.
Employment Support
Over 85% of postdoctoral researchers from the campus secure employment in state-owned enterprises, public institutions, or leading industry companies after completing their tenure. The campus actively recommends outstanding postdoctoral researchers for positions at the main campus, Weihai campus, Zhengzhou Research Institute, Chongqing Research Institute, Suzhou Research Institute, as well as various sister universities, research institutions, and enterprises in the Greater Bay Area.
